Early Discoveries is the on-site child care center located in Lake County, IL offering enrollment to all full and part-time Abbott and AbbVie employees. We serve families with children ages 6 weeks through 5 years year-round and also offer Summer Camp and School’s Out programs for children up to age 12. Some of the exciting features of Early Discoveries include:

About the Center
Managed by Bright Horizons, the center offers excellent faculty, enrichment activities and extended hours at no additional cost (6:30 AM–6:30 PM CST), professionally developed curriculum and nutritious meals prepared on site.
Early Discoveries is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) for high quality early childhood development and education. Early Discoveries is among the top 8% of all child care centers in the country and is designed to meet or exceed all criteria set forth by NAEYC.
